We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst Intern to join our Demand Operations team in Madrid. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our marketing and sales data. You'll work closely with the global Demand Operations team to ensure data quality, support campaign readiness, and drive operational efficiency across our go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain database accuracy through regular reviews, deduplication, error correction, and standardization.
- Conduct research and enrichment projects using tools like D&B Hoovers and ZoomInfo to improve data completeness.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in CRM and Excel, including cleanup related to CRM KPIs.
- Synchronize data across platforms and sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
- Ensure all data practices comply with relevant privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Support execution and tracking of database improvement initiatives aligned with upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain CRM reports to monitor data quality and coverage.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other leading CRM platforms.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to turn findings into actionable insights.
- Experience or exposure to enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, Lusha, Phantom Buster, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset—ready to take on challenges big and small.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Technologically curious and continuously looking to optimize and streamline processes.
