This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our growing team in our Boston Office. Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), the Senior HR Business Partner will be playing a key role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs across the Americas (US and Canada). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR practices and employee management and gear their expertise to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Duties, Responsibilities And Tasks:

  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership on HR strategic and operational issues
  • Lead HR activities for the Americas in alignment with global directives on areas such as:
    • Workforce planning
    • Onboarding and Engagement
    • Performance Management
    • Rewards and HR Operations
  • Provide advice and coaching to the leadership team on employee relations
  • Guide regional and contribute to global HR projects, preparing leadership presentations and reports
  • Coach and develop the local HR team towards operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Academic background in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on HRM
  • 5+ years of experience as HRBP – a previous experience in an international company and/or consultancy is highly desirable
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Resilient and collaborative individual, thriving in a diverse and growing work environment
  • High drive to get things done and make an impact by building and improving processes and structures.
