  • You are confident, curious, humble, and anti-authoritarian

Key responsibilities:
  • Help develop content strategy: Develop and advocate for better and more efficient ways of delivering technical content to multiple user personas. Address problems and offer creative solutions

  • Lead projects end-to-end: You have the know-how, self-determination, and self-motivation to ideate, create, kick-start, and follow through with your own projects that aid and further our knowledge management mission. Own and manage multiple projects at a time without waiting for orders, but self-starting
  • Be a subject expert: You are curious, asking more questions than average, getting more and more granular. You want to know everything there is to know about a subject and you own/upkeep the title of “subject expert”
  • Innovate and develop processes: You have an eye for identifying inefficiencies and inconsistencies and you are strategically-motivated to improve and implement new ideas and SOPs in addition to receiving feedback and ongoingly adapt them
  • Adapt writing style to medium: You know the difference between voice and tone. You know the difference between Best Practices and How-to guides and how to write a known limitation article vs. bug fixes.
