We are looking for a highly analytical Solution Architect with a strong background in Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management solutions to join our Professional Services Team in our Paris office.
Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will apply your knowledge and experience to solve real world customer business problems throughout the solution design while identifying new opportunities. Your technical expertise and business acumen will be essential to build long-lasting relationships with customers and drive solution adoption.

Responsibilities:
- Take part into the requirements gathering phase and provide design guidance for Board projects
- Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solution translating those needs into an effective implementation
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation
- Ensure accurate delivery of project plan to meet project goals as well as longer term needs
- Communicate complex topics regarding the solution and related projects to different types of audiences
- Conduct end-user training, provide current best practices and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
- Perform audit and solution assessment to ensure performance of delivered application and validate design best practices.
Qualifications:
- Academic background in Management Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in BI or CPM implementation projects
- Knowledge of big data, predictive analytics, data visualization, real-time analytics, and multi-dimensional databases
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to match complex business requirements
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors
- Fluency in French and English required
