We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transformation and Strategy Lead to join our organization in London HQ.
Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, the Transformation and Strategy Lead will play a pivotal role in driving strategic business initiatives within the company. This role will sit in the office of the CEO function, providing a unique opportunity to support the Executive Leadership Team in scoping and executing transformative and strategic projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff and the Executive Leadership Team to develop and implement transformative and strategic initiatives aligned with the company’s vision, business goals and market trends (e.g. improving the value creation plan, GTM strategy, strategic org design, performance improvement, ESG strategy)
- Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and support execution of process changes
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of strategic and transformative initiatives
- Foster collaboration across functions to facilitate the execution of strategic and transformational projects
- Contribute to communications and relationship building with Board of Directors
- Longer term, involvement with exit strategy and planning and M&A strategy
What we look for:
- Bachelors or Masters degree
- Proven experience in strategy or management consulting practices with experience in some of the following project types corporate strategy, commercial strategy / improvement, organisational design, transformation, commercial due diligence, ESG
- Strategic and transformative approach to business management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, willingness to learn, proactive and engaged
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Financial literacy a plus
