We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead our regional and industry-specific marketing efforts in the DACH region. This strategic role requires a dynamic leader who can drive pipeline growth and brand awareness through integrated campaigns, high-impact events, account-based marketing (ABM), and strong alignment with sales, partners, and alliances.

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will oversee a team of field marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver targeted programs that support revenue goals, accelerate deal cycles, and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated field marketing plans to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across the DACH region
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing programs with revenue goals and GTM priorities
  • Plan and manage end-to-end execution of regional events, executive roundtables, trade shows, and digital campaigns
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by tailoring campaigns to key accounts and buyer personas
  • Collaborate with strategic partners and alliances on co-marketing initiatives that extend reach and generate joint pipeline
  • Manage local analyst relations, strengthening the partnership in alignment with the global analyst relations manager and execute co-sponsored activities
  • Create compelling, localized content across email, digital, and event channels in line with global brand messaging
  • Build and execute lead nurture and standalone campaigns to support the buyer journey and accelerate pipeline
  • Manage regional marketing budget and vendors, ensuring cost-effective delivery and strong ROI
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, using data to continuously improve performance
  • Act as the key liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely lead follow-up
  • Customize and roll out global campaigns to suit regional market dynamics and customer needs
  • Lead and develop a regional field marketing team, setting clear goals and coaching for performance
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field marketing leadership role
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through integrated field programs, events, and ABM
  • Deep experience partnering with enterprise sales teams, partner ecosystems, and alliances
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, people management, and leadership abilities
  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or related technology sectors is preferred
  • Fluency in English
