We are looking for an entrepreneurial dynamic and experienced Alliances Channel Sales Manager to lead Alliances and Partnerships with large professional services firms (Big 4), Consulting Firms, System Integrators, Resellers etc across the Country.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing and expanding the BOARD channel with a focus on driving revenue through partners as well as supporting them in ensuring customers success.

The ideal candidate will be from the BI/CPM space and have a proven track record of implementing and driving a successful Channel strategy.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental revenue through existing partners/professional services firms
  • Expand Partner ecosystem
  • Support partners’ go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate effectively with country management and sales teams to build strategy & execution plans.
  • Prospect and execute lead generation campaigns through partners
  • Liaise with Professional Services for implementing Partners training and enablement
  • Define the best strategy for assisting our Partners and ensuring partners support end customers success
  • Ensuring successful delivery of Board implementations on projects that are led by our partner community – creating customer success at their Board customer base.
  • Works closely withinternational peers on partner related delivery and support aspects

 

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in a Senior Channel Management role
  • Proven experience in creating, further developing and executing against a localized Swiss Alliances & Channel Plan
  • Proven track record of experience in theEnterprise software sales industry (BI/CPM is a plus),
  • Experience in dealing with large professional services firms at a global level
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in both German, French and English
  • Proven experience in successfully building and managing a Alliances & Channel team is a plus
