Due to our Company growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced, highly talented, self-motivated and dynamic Sales leader in our Channel organization responsible for the recruitment, management of and liaison with Systems Integrators and Major Implementation organizations in Tokyo.

As Partner Account Manager, you will be involved in the creation and execution of the business strategy as agreed with the senior management team and you will provide day-to-day management of operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Identification and recruitment of relevant organizations into an appropriate partnership relationship 
  • Ensuring the appropriate enablement of the relevant personnel 
  • Identification of appropriate sectors of activity and opportunities 
  • Lead and opportunity management 
  • Lead and assist with execution of sales campaign strategies in accordance with the above 
  • Ongoing liaison, expansion and improvement of partnership relationships 
  • Establishing the technical alliance to setup consulting resources on recruiting partner organization.
  • Liaison and collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and Presales/professional services in pursuit of above 


  • The successful professional sales experience of EPM, ERP, SCM or BPM solutions
  • 10+ years in a similar business development environment, including a minimum of 5 years in an individual contributor capacity
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, retain and inspire high-performance partner relationships and sales
  • Experience of direct and indirect sales channels. Demonstrable track record of selling to large enterprises as well as developing strategies to sell to mid-market organizations
  • Proven ability to initiate and develop productive Business Partner relationships, including experience of working with the local operations of global Consulting and Systems Integration companies 
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Native Japanese and upper intermediate English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of BI, CPM and/or Analytics solutions would be considered a plus
