We are looking for an energetic and customer-centric Account Manager to join our Sales team in France.
In this role, you will be responsible for retention, expansion, and cloud migration initiatives across a defined portfolio of Mid-Market existing customers.

You will partner closely with Finance and C-level stakeholders to ensure they extract maximum value from Board’s platform while progressively adopting more of our SaaS solutions. Your mission is to secure renewals, unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and guide customers toward cloud transformation—ultimately maximizing recurring revenue and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

Retention & Renewals
  • Own and deliver successful renewals across your Mid-Market Accounts portfolio
  • Identify churn risks early and drive proactive mitigation plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely forecasting of the renewal pipeline
Expansion (Upsell & Cross-sell)
  • Identify new use cases, unmet needs, and product adoption opportunities
  • Lead value-based selling motions to drive expansion within Mid-Market accounts
  • Partner with Customer Success, Presales, and Product teams to position solutions effectively
Cloud Migrations
  • Lead cloud migration cycles for on-premise Mid-Market customers
  • Collaborate with Technical and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption
Strategic Relationship Management
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Finance leaders (CFOs, FP&A Directors, Controllers)
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer priorities, business challenges, and growth strategies
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, advocating for product and service improvements
Sales Excellence
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and complete documentation of all deals
  • Apply structured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SPIN, Value Selling, etc.) to ensure predictable, repeatable execution

Profile & Requirements
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in SaaS Account Management or Sales, managing a portfolio of existing B2B accounts
  • Background in finance tech, ERP, FP&A, accounting software, or related solutions is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated success managing renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and land-and-expand strategies
  • Ability to handle a high volume of Mid-Market accounts with varying levels of complexity
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consultative, value-driven sales approach
  • Ability to articulate business value to finance stakeholders and influence senior leaders, up to C-Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales cycles concurrently
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally alongside Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Presales teams
