We are looking for a passionate and innovative User Experience Designer (UX Designer) to join our dynamic UX team. Reporting to the Head of UX/UI Design, you will have the opportunity to influence product direction and drive innovation through your expertise in user-centered design.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, Sales, and fellow designers to craft clear, effective, and user-centered experiences for complex enterprise workflows.
We embrace flexibility through a hybrid working schedule, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home each week, fostering a balance of collaboration and productivity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and design requirements.
- Translating user needs, business goals, and technical requirements into clear, intuitive, and effective design solutions.
- Rapidly creating and iterating on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while ensuring the delivery of clear, detailed design specifications.
- Leveraging our pattern library to create designs and identifying opportunities to expand it by working closely with the UI infrastructure team.
- Communicating conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user-centered design processes effectively.
- Contributing to evolving design standards and guidelines to enhance overall user experience quality.
- Applying usability heuristics and staying current with design best practices to evaluate new and existing features, offering valuable suggestions for improvement.
What we look for:
- Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Good knowledge of user-centered and iterative design processes, usability principles, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Figma is required; experience with other design tools is welcome.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, prototyping, and design-to-code collaboration, including experience with tools such as Figma Make, Cursor, or similar platforms, is also valued.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus and can support effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and QA.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to different stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
