We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mid-Level Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of analytics features within our planning software SaaS platform. This position will be based in our office in Madrid, Spain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of data analytics, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within the Product Management organization to define and drive the product vision and strategy for analytics features within our platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize user needs and business opportunities related to analytics.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and user needs.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
- Conduct regular product reviews and demos with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and product management.
- Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, to build awareness and understanding of our analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on analytics or data-driven products.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with analytics or BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of user centric design principles.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and software development processes.
- Positive, open-minded attitude, with a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
