Board is looking for a resourceful and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Board Enterprise Planning Platform to drive a cohesive marketing strategy to help us meet or exceed revenue objectives.
In this role, which reports directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you will partner with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Product Management, Solutions, and Sales to deliver compelling, differentiated messaging that translates into marketing campaigns, Account-based Marketing (ABM) and Sales Plays that drive brand awareness, pipeline development, and sales success for new logos and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Build persona profiles that will influence the marketing strategy including developing Go-To-Market (GTM) and marketing strategies to communicate the value of the Board platform grounded in market and competitive research, behavioral data, market trends and customer and sales feedback
- Develop compelling messaging, value proposition and positioning to communicate client value and differentiation for the Board platform to support sales, partner and campaign marketing teams
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints from the web to sales decks and across field marketing, sales, and partner teams and refine messaging based on competitive shifts and feedback
- Create content that fuels demand generation to include blogs, videos, customer stories, customer leave-behind, infographics and social posts
- Partner with product management to align on long-term platform strategies and product roadmap
- Monitor Seismic usage analytics to identify high-performing assets and apply insights to optimize future content development
- Lead anchor product launches with cross-functional teams to drive awareness, creativity, engagement with target buyers through marketing tactics aligned to their buying decisions
- Lead customer interviews in the case study development process to demonstrate the value created and outcomes achieved using the Board platform
- Analyze marketing pipeline performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities and develop corrective actions to meet business objectives
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a B2B Product Marketer with proven experience in SaaS/Enterprise software. Experience with the EPM/CPM market is preferred
- Ability to create clear, compelling messages and to build external assets and internal deliverables
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate across cross-functional teams and partners
- Highly proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high growth company
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills and comfort with high-visibility initiatives
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills to educate and inspire small and large audiences
