The Head of Value Engagement is a strategic global commercial leadership role within Professional Services. Reporting into the Global VP of Professional Services, the position is accountable for Professional Services bookings performance, services attach-rate growth, and accelerating customer value realization through value-based services engagement. This individual serves as the commercial engine for Professional Services, partnering closely with Sales leadership and coaching regional Professional Services leaders to drive consistent commercial excellence globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the global Professional Services bookings quota and performance.
  • Drive attach-rate growth across strategic opportunities and regions.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to shape and influence enterprise deals.
  • Engage in strategic opportunities from Stage 2 onwards to develop commercial strategy.
  • Develop compelling ROI cases, value propositions, and executive narratives.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent global Professional Services value proposition.
  • Coach regional Professional Services leaders on commercial selling excellence.
  • Monitor forecasting, pipeline health, conversion rates, and deal risk.
  • Act as an escalation point for high-value strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise software, SaaS, consulting, or Professional Services leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue, bookings, quota, or services sales targets.
  • Demonstrated success independently selling Professional Services engagements.
  • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience operating successfully in global matrix organizations.
  • Excellent value-selling, negotiation, and commercial strategy capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in EPM, CPM, Analytics, Planning, or Enterprise Software markets.
  • Knowledge of Challenger, MEDDICC, Value Selling, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience leading commercial transformation programs globally.
  • Management consulting or enterprise transformation background.
