We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Alliances to lead and expand our strategic relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). This role is critical in driving revenue growth, increasing market penetration, and fostering strong partnerships within the GSI ecosystem. The Director of Alliances will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives and drive mutual success, with a particular focus on accelerating growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow and Increase Revenue: Drive revenue opportunities through GSI partnerships, leveraging joint go-to-market strategies to maximize business impact.
  • Expand Market Presence: Identify and develop opportunities to expand into new markets within the GSI ecosystem, ensuring alignment with our growth strategy, with an emphasis on accelerating market penetration in the US.
  • Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain executive and operational relationships within key GSIs to drive long-term success.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive alliance strategies that align with overall joint business goals and industry trends.
  • Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive demand generation initiatives, including conferences, education sessions, roadshows, and other prospecting activities.
  • Joint Solutions Development: Work with product and solutions teams to create compelling joint solutions and value propositions for customers in collaboration with GSIs.
  • Operational Execution: Ensure successful execution of partner programs, co-marketing initiatives, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of GSI partnerships and continuously optimize strategies for improved results.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, channel partnerships, or business development, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with GSIs to drive revenue and business expansion.
  • Strong understanding of GSI business models, sales cycles, and solution offerings.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with demand generation initiatives and event-driven marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with top-tier GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, IBM, EY, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud, enterprise software, or emerging technology solutions.
