We are currently looking for a Renewal Operations Process Lead to join our Revenue Operations team in Madrid. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving process optimization, renewal forecasting accuracy, and overall renewal process effectiveness. This role sits within the Revenue Operations function with a strong link to the CS leadership to build a scalable process that drives cross-functional alignment and accountability.

Responsibilities:
 
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency
    • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in the renewal lifecycle and implement automation or process enhancements to streamline operations.
    • Establish clear process documentation and SOPs to drive consistency across teams.
  • Renewal Forecasting Accuracy
    • Own the global forecast data to improve forecast accuracy and predictability.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure renewal data inputs are accurately reflected in forecasting systems.
  • Data & Insights
    • Leverage data and reporting tools to deliver renewal performance insights to leadership — including churn risks, renewal rates, and process SLAs.
    • Track operational KPIs to monitor process adherence, efficiency, and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement & Process Adherence
    • Ensure teams are fully enabled to follow renewal processes by developing and delivering training, playbooks, and best practices.
    • Drive process adoption by reinforcing adherence to existing workflows, governance models, and key operational checkpoints.
    • Establish clear accountability across teams, ensuring that CS, Sales, Ops follow defined renewal workflows and meet process SLAs.
    • Act as the point of escalation to resolve process-related blockers and ensure smooth execution across teams.
    • Conduct regular audits and feedback loops to assess adherence levels and refine enablement strategies based on team input.

Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Process Improvement roles within a B2B SaaS or subscription-based business, driving operational process design, optimization, and enablement across cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with renewals, forecasting, or customer lifecycle processes — preferably within a recurring revenue model.
  • Experience working in high-growth, scaling environments with a focus on process standardization.
  • Strong process design and process mapping skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, repeatable processes and drive process adherence across teams.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and enable Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and BI/reporting platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and performance metrics to optimize processes.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in creating training materials, playbooks, and process documentation.
